Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change unexpectedly. To ensure clarity and a smooth process, we have established the following cancellation policy for all activities and bookings made through our platform.
Cancellation by the Customer
- More than 7 Days Before Event Date: Full refund minus 15% administrative fee.
- 3-7 Days Before Event Date: 50% refund of the total trip cost.
- Less than 03 Days Before Event Date: No refund.
Cancellation by KAP TEAM
In the rare event that Kashmir Activities Portal needs to cancel the activity due to unforeseen circumstances (such as weather conditions, safety concerns, or other factors), we will notify you as soon as possible. You will receive a full refund or the option to transfer your payment to another Service.
Rescheduling by the Customer
If you need to change your ticket date, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but changes are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
Refund Process
Refunds will be processed within 3 business days after cancellation.
How To Cancel a Booked Ticket
To cancel your Booking, Call Us at +91 9900007197 or send an email to support@kashmiractivities.com with the following information:
Subject Line: “Ticket Cancellation Request”
Your Full Name: As it appears on your booking.
Ticket Details: Include the Booked Service name, dates, and your Ticket Number.
Cancellation Reason: While optional, sharing your reason for cancellation can help us improve our services.
Attach a Screenshot: Please attach a screenshot of your Booked Ticket.
